Do I need an account to try it?
No. The free demo works without an account or a card: record or upload up to 5 minutes and get a real transcription back, up to 3 times a day. Creating an account unlocks saved sessions, the AI summaries, questions and analysis, and exports.
What actually happens to my audio?
Your audio is sent over an encrypted connection, transcribed, and then the audio file is deleted from our servers as soon as the transcript is stored. The transcript stays in your account under your control – export it or delete it whenever you like.
How accurate is the transcription?
Transcription is powered by Google's Gemini models and is very good on clear speech – but no AI transcription is perfect, especially with heavy crosstalk or poor microphones. That's exactly why the demo is free: test it on your real audio before paying anything.
Do I need to install anything, or invite a bot to my call?
No installs and no meeting bots. AiNoted records straight from your browser microphone, or you upload a file you already have. It works wherever a modern browser works.
Is it easy to cancel?
Yes. Billing runs on Stripe and you can cancel any time from the self-serve billing portal in your account – no emails, no retention calls. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
