Why it exists
Notes are a tax on paying attention
Anyone who has tried to take good notes in a meeting knows the trade: either you listen, or you write – you can't fully do both. Lectures, interviews and client calls all have the same problem. The information is spoken once, and whatever you didn't capture is gone, or buried in a recording nobody will replay.
AiNoted exists to remove that trade. Record in the browser or upload a file, and modern AI transcription (Google's Gemini models) produces a timestamped, speaker-labelled transcript in seconds. From there, one click writes the parts people actually skip: the structured summary, the action items, the study questions, the analysis.
That's the whole product. No meeting bots joining your calls, no browser extensions, no "workspace" to migrate into. Audio in, notes out, and the audio itself is deleted from our servers the moment your transcript is stored.

Privacy by construction
Your audio is deleted from our servers as soon as it's transcribed – that's in the code, not just the policy. Transcripts belong to you: export them or delete them any time. We don't train AI models on your content.
Honesty over hype
No invented user counts, no fake testimonials, no "trusted by 10,000 teams" on a product you found yesterday. AI transcription isn't perfect and we say so. The free demo exists precisely so you can judge it on your own audio.
Small on purpose
AiNoted is an independent product, kept deliberately narrow: record, transcribe, generate notes, export. Every feature listed on this site works today – nothing here is a mockup of a roadmap.
Under the hood
No mystery machinery
Recording happens with your browser's own microphone APIs – nothing to install. Transcription and the AI outputs run on Google's Gemini models, accessed over an encrypted connection. Payments are handled end-to-end by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. Accounts come with email verification and password reset, and every transcript is private to you.
