What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?
If you reach your monthly minute limit, you can still access all your existing notes and recordings. New recordings will be paused until your next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan at any time for immediate access to more minutes.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Currently, unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period. Each month your allocation resets. We recommend choosing the plan that best fits your typical monthly usage.
